“The Board has reviewed the financial plan and downside scenarios of the Group and has a reasonable expectation that the Group has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the period to 30 June 2027. As a result, and based upon a letter of support from The Gym Group plc, which states that The Gym Group plc will continue to provide financial support to the Company and will provide sufficient funds to the Company for these purposes, the Directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
