“Based on existing cash resources, and current and forecasted performance, including consideration of the impacts of macroeconomic uncertainties relevant to the key markets in which Etherstack operates, and a range of mitigating actions that are available, including financial support commitments from Directors of Etherstack plc, the Directors reasonably expect there to continue to be sufficient cash resources to be able to pay liabilities as they fall due for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Accordingly, the Directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements.”
