“Notwithstanding net current liabilities of £8,734,000 (2023: £10,931,000) including cash of £793,000 (2023: £1,708,000) as at 31 December 2024 and a loss for the year then ended of £450,000 (2023: £3,045,000), the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which the Directors consider to be appropriate for the following reasons. The Directors have prepared cash flow forecasts for the purpose of assessing going concern which indicate that the Company will have sufficient funds, through new financing provided on the 26 October 2023. Immediate Media Company Limited have confirmed it is their present intention to continue to support Our Media Limited through the existing finance facilities for a period of at least 12 months from approval of the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024.”
