“In assessing the appropriateness of the going concern assumption, the Directors have reviewed detailed profit and loss forecasts and cash flow forecasts, considering all reasonably foreseeable potential scenarios and uncertainties in relation to revenue and expenditure for a period of at least 12 months from the date these financial statements have been signed. The ultimate parent company Tomra Systems ASA has confirmed it will provide financial support to the business to the extent required to allow the company to meet its liabilities for a period of at least 12 months from the date these financial statements were signed. Consequently, the directors are confident that the company will have sufficient funds to continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements and therefore have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
