“The directors have reviewed the future prospects of the Company including cash flow forecasts until 31 December 2027, and believe the following factors are relevant. The Company has a healthy confirmed order book which covers over three years of future business based on levels of revenue earned in 2025. There continues to be underlying demand in the UK market in which the Company operates for the type of infrastructure projects in which the Company specialises, and based on its business development activities and recent record of winning new work the Company's directors have a realistic expectation to win further work. The Company's cash position is strong enough to withstand any losses or cash outflows forecast to occur in plausible downside scenarios up to 31 December 2027. Based on the above and having made the appropriate enquiries, the directors consider that it is reasonable to prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis.”
