Material uncertainty over going concern
The entire trade of the company was fully moved into the new Baglan warehouse under Press Glass Limited on 1 January 2025. The decision has been made as a strategic move to merge three existing warehouses in Wales into one production facility. As the company no longer has a trade since the transfer and is not expected to trade in the foreseeable future the company is no longer considered a going concern and therefore the accounts have been prepared on a basis other than a going concern.
