Material uncertainty over going concern
The company is in breach of its loan covenants with regards to amounts owing to it is bankers, Santander plc, who have continued to support the company through the extension and renewal of all of its loan facilities, though they have not waived the covenant breaches. The company is dependent upon the continuing support of its bankers. As a result of the above, the directors therefore consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis. Material uncertainty related to going concern: We draw attention to Note 1.4 in the financial statements, which indicates that the group incurred a pre-tax loss of £1.2 million for the year. As stated in Note 1.4, these events or conditions, along with other matters as set forth in Note 1.4, indicate that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the group's ability to continue trading as a going concern.
