“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. During the year ended 31 August 2025, the company reported a reduction in net assets and at the balance sheet date had net current liabilities of £12,563. Based on the management accounts since the year end there has been a significant increase in current period of net assets including the net current assets showing an excess position. Based on the management accounts post year end and the availability of the invoice discounting facility to support working capital the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to operate as a going concern.”
