“The Company has a net current liabilities position. As outlined further in note 3.2 to the financial statements, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has access to adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the going concern assessment period to 31 July 2027. No material uncertainties that could cast significant doubt on the ability of the Company to continue as a going concern have been identified. This conclusion has been reached after receipt of a corporate support letter issued by the ultimate parent company. Accordingly, we continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual report and accounts.”
