“The company made a loss for the year and at the reporting date has net liabilities. The directors have obtained assurance from its parent company that a loan and interest owed to the parent company of £64,853,541 together with further interest due on the balance sheet date will not be due for payment for a period of atleast twelve months from the date the accounts are approved. The parent company has also confirmed that funds will be made available to the company so that it will be able to meet its financial obligations as and when they fall due for at least twelve months from the date the accounts are approved. Therefore the accounts have been prepared under the going concern basis.”
