• “Subsequent to the financial year end, on 20 March 2025, the Group faced a significant regulatory challenge following the DfE's de-designation announcement, which resulted in the discontinuation of Oxford Business College UK Limiter's main university partnership and the cessation of its primary income stream. Although Oxford Business College UK Limited successfully overturned the DfE decision on 31 August 2025, the interruption to the principal trading activity has caused a severe financial and liquidity impact on the Group.”
