“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. When making their assessment, the directors considered the current economic conditions, which included supply chain constraints, price inflation, an increase in the cost of living and wider uncertainties resulting from the effects of European hostilities. The directors will continue to monitor all of these issues and, where possible, take action to mitigate their effects. The Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company will have adequate resources to continue for the foreseeable future at the time of approving the financial statements for the following reasons: a. a. The Company has a strong and growing order book which will provide a pipeline of secured work over the going concern assessment period. b. b. There continues to be strong underlying demand in commercial constructions in the UK. C. C. The Company has sufficient internally generated cash resources to meet its liabilities as they fall due for the next 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Thus, the Directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
