Material uncertainty over going concern
We draw attention to note 2.2 in the financial statements, which indicates that there are various timber sales agreements and other transactions currently in progress that are not yet finalised. As stated in note 2.2, these events or conditions indicate that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern.

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers

Significant events
- “As we move through 2026, we switch focus to concerted logging and commercial exploitation of our timber resources. The company plans to move into a phase of prolonged rotational coppice, with up to 20% of timber taken out and placed into the international markets. This will take place across all stands up to 2015 planting.”
- “The financial year to 29 June 2025 saw the expected and previously communicated growth in Mean Annual Increments ('MAls') across all stands, breaking the target of 15% (we achieved 16.1%).”
- “August 2025 saw Ghana become the second country globally, after Indonesia, and the first country in Africa, to secure Forest Law Enforcement Governance and Trade (FLEGT) licencing.”
- “The company has authorised and commissioned the formation of an AIF (Alternative Investment Fund) alongside its long-term fund manager. This is an exciting step both for the company and the wider green investment industry.”
