“In assessment of going concern, the directors have considered the net current liability position of the Company amounting to $2.28m as well as the working capital required for the forthcoming 12 months. Company has obtained letter of support from its parent entity, Times Internet Ltd, that it would be providing financial support to meet the working capital requirements of the Company for at least a period of 12 months from the date of signing of the financial statements to meet all its financial obligations.”
