“The Directors have prepared cash flow forecasts which indicate that, taking account of severe but plausible downsides, the Company will have sufficient funds to meet its liabilities as they fall due. The Company was able to meet the financial covenants as at 30 September 2025 and 31 March 2026, and is forecast to meet them for the foreseeable future. It is therefore appropriate to prepare these financial statements on the going concern basis.”
