“Related party debts totalling £1,657,0178 at the year-end were owed by entities reliant on profits from the hotel, golf and spa operation to repay those debts. Loans taken out during the Covid Pandemic continue to be repaid and whilst this exerts certain pressures on current cash flows the longer term prognosis remains strong. The owners plan to introduce capital in order to reduce the level of debt over the course of the 2024/2025 financial year.”
