“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, which assumes that the company will continue its operations for the foreseeable future and will be able to meet its liabilities as they fall due. The Directors have made an assessment of the company's ability to continue as a going concern, taking into account the company's financial position, cash flows, and liquidity, along with any relevant plans and actions to manage potential risks. The Directors are also aware of the financial support available from the ultimate parent company, Ehrmann SE, which has committed the necessary funding to develop the business in the coming years.”
