“In assessing whether the going concern basis is appropriate, the directors take into account all available information about the future including financial forecasts up to and including 31 December 2026. The directors have performed this review at a company level and have also performed review for the entire group and have concluded that they do not impact the going concern of the business. The directors have also considered the impact of the current economic conditions such as inflation in the energy costs which have been higher overall in FY 2024 which have had an impact on the lower gross margin but will closely monitor the situation. The directors are satisfied that GoDaddy Inc. as the ultimate parent company, has sufficient ability to fulfil its obligations under the parental support arrangement based on the available resources and continued strong performance during the current economic conditions.”
