Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers

“The financial statements for the year ended 31 October 2025 have been prepared on a going concern basis. The Directors have undertaken a review of the going concern status of the Company by reference to the Group by considering the anticipated level of future trading activity and the associated cash flows for a period of 12 months from the date of authorisation of these financial statements for issue. A letter of support has been provided to the Directors by the Company's ultimate parent, Wednesday Topco Limited, to provide financial support should it be required for at least 12 months from the date these financial statements are signed. Based on their assessment of the financial position of Wednesday Topco Limited, the Directors expect that the Group and Company will have sufficient resources to continue operating as a going concern for no less than 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements and that the Group is therefore able to provide the necessary financial support to the Company set out in the letter of support, as required. After taking into consideration all relevant factors including the robust financing position, plans to extend or replace these facilities as they mature in June 2027 and the strong trade expected in 2026, the Directors are satisfied that the financial statements should be prepared on a going concern basis.”

Significant events
- “On 12 February 2026, the Group signed a settlement agreement to pay £2.4m in relation to claims arising from the FTI Group insolvency in 2024. FTI Group was a major travel operator, and the settlement relates to disputed customer refund obligations and supplier payment obligations. At 31 October 2025, the Group had recognised liabilities of £6m based on management's best estimate at that time. The settlement represents a £3.6m decrease compared to the amount provided, which will be recognised in the financial year ending 31 October 2026.”
- “Subsequent to the reporting date and prior to the authorisation of these financial statements, conflict in the Middle East escalated in March 2026, resulting in reduced customer demand to certain destinations in the region. The Group has taken mitigating actions to protect customers and redirect capacity to alternative destinations. The duration of the conflict and the pace of demand recovery remain uncertain, and the financial impact cannot be reliably estimated at this time.”
