“The board has prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis, which assumes the company will continue in operational existence, and will be able to meet its liabilities as they fall due, for a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of the financial statements. In reaching this conclusion, the board has reviewed the budgets and forecasts for the foreseeable future and has considered the support obtained from the group's parent company. The parent company has a Eurobond with an unsecured loan of up to £30million repayable by 2045, which can be drawn upon to support the company.”
