“The directors have drawn up the financial statements on a going concern basis. They still consider it appropriate to draw up the financial statements on a going concern basis as they have received assurance from Omaha Business Holdings Corp that it will continue to make sufficient funds available to enable the company to meet its obligations as they fall due for the foreseeable future, and at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements.
