The directors have obtained confirmation from Lifecare Residences confirming that it will continue to provide such financial support as is required for the going concern period and that it will not recall the loan owed to it during the going concern period. The directors have assessed the ability of Lifecare Residences to provide such financial support, with the assistance of its shareholders, and are satisfied that it has the necessary financial resources to provide such confirmation.”
