Material uncertainty over going concern
These financial statements are prepared on the going concern basis. The director has a reasonable expectation that the Company will continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. However, the director is aware of certain material uncertainties which may cause doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. The group forecasts show expected covenant compliance for the period ending 30 June 2026 and for future periods, however it is noted that there is limited headroom in the covenant calculations, and that the future covenants would be breached in the event of reasonably plausible under performance. This along with the lack of formal covenant waivers from the group's bankers indicate the existence of a material uncertainty which may cast significant doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern.
