Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers

“The directors have concluded that it is appropriate for the consolidated financial statements to be prepared on the going concern basis. The directors, in making their assessment of the ability of the company to continue as a going concern, have prepared financial forecasts in excess of 12 months from the date of these financial statements. The forecasts have been prepared based on foreseeable assumptions and conclude that the group will be in a position to operate within its facilities for the foreseeable future, a period of not less than twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements and accordingly these financial statements have been prepared on a 'going concern' basis.”
