- “On 30th June 2025, the Group disposed of its interest in Texel Capital Limited, Conkat Mining S.A, and, Mina Orotex Sr. S.A.. In addition, the Group completed a project after the financial year where all of the shares in Texel Holdings Limited were transferred to the Texel Employee Ownership Trust. The project completed on 30 June 2025 and included the transfer of interest in shares held by the Texel Employee Benefit Trust (EBT) to the Texel Employee Ownership Trust. It is the intention of the Company and the Trustees of the EBT to dissolve the EBT.”
