“The financial statements have been prepared using the going concern basis. The global and macro economic risks as detailed in the strategic report will continue to have an impact on all businesses. What this impact might be remains uncertain, however during the period the Group has demonstrated its ability to withstand these adversities. The directors consider that given the headroom in financing facilities and the option of further financing that the Group is in a strong position to overcome the challenges that may arise over the coming months. The directors have prepared formal cash flow forecasts covering the period to May 2026 and reviewed expectations beyond that and these show that the Group should have sufficient financial resources. After consideration of these factors, the directors consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
