“2024 has been a challenging year across the recruitment sector with the realisation of the economic headwinds which appeared in the second part of 2022 and continued since. Despite less favourable market conditions year on year the directors remain confident in the future demand for the group's services. These dynamics, on top of the streamlined cost base means the directors strongly feel the business is better placed for future success. The group remains committed to retaining, hiring and investing in the best staff and managers to return to growth. As a result of the above, and supported by forecasts for the group to 31 December 2026, the directors believe the company to be a going concern.”
