“The company does not generate a cash flow but is supported by its parent company Phoenix Energy Group Holdings Limited. The company is in receipt of a letter of support stating that amounts owed to fellow group undertakings will not be called for repayment for at least a year from the date of approval of the financial statements. As a result of the above, and notwithstanding the net current liability position at 31 December 2024, the directors consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
