“At the balance sheet date the Group had a cash balance of £4.9m (2023 - £4.1m), and net current assets of £5.0m (2023 - £7.0m). Total revenue in 2024 increased to £24.6m (2023 - £24.0m), and the Group continues to invest in the fast-growing IoT market. As a result of this investment, operating costs continued to increase, and the Group made operating losses during the year of £4.7m (2023 - £4.2m). The Group will continue to be loss making in the short-term, however, the Board believes the forecasts demonstrate that available cash and additional funding are more than sufficient for the Group to meet its liabilities as they fall due. In November 2023 a new 4 year £10m facility was agreed which includes a £6m loan and a £4m revolving credit facility, replacing the previous long term loan facility. Terms have been agreed that the company is confident will be met, and there is sufficient headroom in the financial plan to meet covenant thresholds. During the year ended 31 December 2024, £4.6m of convertible debt funding was successfully raised from existing shareholders.”
