The directors have obtained written confirmation that the loan from a related party will not be recalled for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Considering this along with financial forecasts prepared for a similar period, the directors have concluded that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements.”
