“The results for the year show a profit before tax of £38.0m. With positive net current assets of £62.4m as at 30 September 2024, the group has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future that is the period to 31 January 2026 (the going concern period). Profit and loss account and cash flow projections indicate the group will maintain current strong profits in the period to 31 January 2026 and the forecast cash flows project strong liquidity for the full going concern period. These projections were subjected to stress tests, but resulted in assurance that there are no concerns for the future of the group due to the strong balance sheet position at 30 September 2024 and availability of cash flows for the full going concern period to 31 January 2026.”
