The company has the continued support of the parent company and fellow subsidiaries for any future funding requirements. The directors have a reasonable expectation that they company will have sufficient funds to continue to meet its liabilities as the fall due for the foreseeable future and have therefore prepared the accounts on a going concern basis.”
