Material uncertainty over going concern
The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which assumes the Group and the Parent company will continue in operational existence for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. During the year ended 31 December 2023 the Group and the Company operated with loss and have negative net assets as of 31 December 2023. Furthermore, the Group's revenues during the year ended 31 December 2023 decreased as compared to the year ended 31 December 2022, which as well decreased as compared to the year ended 31 December 2021. These conditions indicate the existence of material uncertainty in respect of the Group's and the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. However, as of 31 December 2023 the Group's and the Company's current assets are higher then current liabilities and the Group expects that it will operate with profit in the following years. The Group's expectation in respect of the future profitability is based on its future business plans. The directors are confident that the Group will have sufficient funds to ensure they remain in operational existence for the foreseeable future.
