Material uncertainty over going concern
The trustees have given careful consideration to the charity's financial position and future outlook. They are satisfied that the organisation remains a going concern for the following reasons: - There is a gradual building of its endowment fund - Continued delivery of core academic programmes in affiliation with UK universities - Active cost management and restructuring measures - Development of new partnerships and income streams - Ongoing regulatory compliance with the Office for Students The trustees have prepared financial forecasts covering at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. These forecasts indicate that the Institute will be able to meet its liabilities as they fall due. However, the trustees acknowledge that the position is subject to material uncertainty, particularly regarding student recruitment. Accordingly, the trustees will continue to monitor financial performance closely and take appropriate action as required.
