“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The net Net assets position arises despite the company having loan creditors of €77,748,369, as €74,725,097 of these are not repayable until 2031 at the earliest, by which time the director anticipates that its investments will generate sufficient funds to repay them. The director has reviewed the short term position, taking into account the 12 months from the approval of the financial statements, and has concluded that, based on current levels of cash and given that the ultimate controlling party has expressed a willingness to provide financial support to the company, the company will be able to meet its liabilities as they fall due.”
