- “Share capital has been restated to correct an error that ocurred during the year ended 31 March 2022. During that year, the directors authorised the issue of new shares in connection with the company's Enterprise Management Incentive (EMI) scheme. Although no shares were issued, the accounts incorrectly reflected the authorisation of new shares as though they had been issued. This error resulted in an overstatement of share capital. A prior year adjustment has been made to correct these balances and comparative figures have been restated accordingly.”
