“Having reviewed the Company's financial forecasts and future available and expected cash flows, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, this being for at least 12 months from the date of signing of this report. The directors also believe that the Company will continue to receive support and be able to place ongoing reliance on its ultimate parent, Cisco Systems, Inc..”
