“The Directors have prepared forecasts which demonstrate that the business will have access to adequate working capital for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. The banking facilities are expected to continue allowing the business to meet its day to day working capital requirements. The Directors believe that preparing the financial statements on a going concern basis is entirely appropriate and that there are no factors reasonably foreseen that are expected to materially impact that assessment. Moreover, the directors believe the business has a strong future beyond 12 months.”
