“Taking into account the cash flow forecasts, the current liquidity in the business and the level of undrawn facilities, the directors have a strong expectation that the company will have access to adequate resources to enable it to continue to operate as a going concern for the foreseeable future, being a period of at least twelve months from the date when these financial statements are authorised to be issued. For these reasons, the directors consider it appropriate for the company to continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the Annual Report and financial statements. Accordingly, the financial statements of the company have been prepared on a going concern basis.”

- “In April 2024, to address the company's liquidity needs, the David Wood Baking Group refinanced various loan facilities through a new senior debt facility.”
