Given that the company's predominant customer base resides in Ukraine, this has introduced a degree of uncertainty concerning the company's continued viability. Consequently, the Directors are currently exploring strategic moves into alternative geographic markets, notably the United States, as a proactive measure to mitigate the emerging risks.”
