“Notwithstanding the fact that the Company has net current liabilities amounting to £139.1m (2024: £142.3m) and net liabilities amounting to £77.4m (2024: £57.5m), the directors have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis as the Company has received confirmation from Genting Casinos UK Limited of its intention to provide financial support for a period of at least 12 months from the approval of these financial statements and consequently the directors believe they have adequate resources to meet the company's financial obligations as they fall due for at least 12 months from the signing of the financial statements.”
