“The crisps and snacks market continues to be challenging with significant competition in the retail sector and continued pressure on consumers due to the increased cost of living. The Company continues to be proactive in managing inflationary pressures on input costs, while actively engaging with commercial partners to address margin pressures. The Group has prepared financial forecasts recognising the potential impacts of these factors, as well as testing a number of sensitivities, including an assessment of market trends, forecasts, customer behaviour, productivity and factory efficiency. These forecasts show that the Group is forecast to continue to be cash generative, will operate within its facilities including covenant requirements, and meet its obligations as they fall due until at least 26th June 2027.”
