“The going concern basis of accounting is considered to be appropriate for the company as there are no material uncertainties in existence. The company has performed financial modelling for the period to 31 December 2026 and no issues were identified that would give rise to a going concern risk. As explained in Note 11 the company is part of an omnibus bank arrangement and given the current economic uncertainty the ultimate parent company, Quality Holidays Assured Limited, has provided a letter of support for the period covering at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements, which includes confirmation it will not seek repayment of £884,592 included in creditors. The directors have evaluated the ability of Quality Holidays Assured Limited to provide this support in the context of the group structure and activities of fellow subsidiaries and have not identified any material uncertainties in this regard. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”
