• “In November 2024, CRL published its new three-year strategy.”
• “The Undertakings resulting from the Legal Services Board's investigation into disputes between CILEX and CRL published in April 2023 included agreement that CRL should hold its own contingency reserves.”
• “It was agreed between the two parties that CILEX would transfer £700,000 to CRL by 31 March 2024 at the latest. As at the date of this report the transfer of contingency reserves remains outstanding and this amount is therefore not recognised in these financial statements.”
