The exploration in the Offshore Keta Basin has ceased in 2015. This was the Company's sole activity and there is no other future activity in which the Company may participate. Therefore, the Company has ceased to apply the going concern assumption in the preparation of these financial statements, however, no adjustments arose as a result of ceasing to apply the going concern basis. The financial statements have been prepared on a basis other than that of a going concern and presented at the net realisable value as at the end of the reporting period.
