“At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The directors have prepared detailed consolidated cash flow forecasts which extend at least twelve months from the date of signing these financial statements. The directors have applied a severe but plausible stress test to these forecasts which demonstrate they maintain sufficient funds to discharge their liabilities under this severe scenario whilst adhering to their reset covenants. Thus the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
