“At the year end the company had net current assets of £252,342 (2023: £270,448) and is operating well within its agreed banking facilities. The directors are confident that the company has sufficient headroom in these facilities to continue to meet its working capital requirements. In assessing going concern the directors have considered a period of at least 12 months from the date of the approval of the financial statements and have prepared projections and forecasts to take into account possible changes in trading performance as a result of current market conditions. As noted in the strategic report, the directors are confident that the company has adequate resources and financial support in place to meet its liabilities as they fall due. Following this review the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, they have adopted the going concern basis in preparing these financial statements.”
