“These financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis which assumes that the Company will continue to trade for the foreseeable future, being a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements, and will be able to meet its debts as they fall due. Moreover, all forecasts used on which to base this going concern assumption have been revised and will be revised continuously in light of the risks and uncertainties listed in the Strategic report. ... On the basis of the cashflow forecasts and projections prepared by the Company and the actual results for 2025 the directors believe that it is appropriate to prepare these accounts on a going concern basis.”
