The Notes carry a coupon of 5.625% and are rated A2 by Moody's and A by Standard & Poor's. The proceeds will be allocated in accordance with the Group's Sustainable Finance Framework, supporting investment in existing homes and delivery of new affordable housing. As the issuance occurred after the reporting date, it has been treated as a non-adjusting event.”
