“For the year ended 31 December 2024, the company made a loss before tax of £3,239 (2023: profit of £246,263) and at 31 December 2024 had net liabilities of £43,908 (2023: £40,669). The company's immediate parent undertaking, NIDAS Shipping Services Limited, has confirmed that it is its current intention to support the business financially for the foreseeable future and for no less than 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. In addition, NNPC Shipping and Logistics Limited, the immediate parent undertaking of NIDAS Shipping Services Limited, has confirmed that it does not currently intend to demand repayment of the balance due from the company until it is able to make payment without compromising its ability to meet its other debts as they fall due. Therefore, the directors consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis. Should the financial support mentioned above not be forthcoming, the going concern basis used in preparing the company's financial statements may be invalid and adjustments would have to be made necessary should this basis not continue to be appropriate.”
